Hillary Clinton Uses Personal Email for State Business

Did not come across well at all.

The whole idea that you need to carry two devices to have two email addresses is ludicrous.

The other inadvertent mistake she made was telling us she deleted (got rid of in her words) the emails that she deemed "not work related".

Is anyone going to call her out in the BS claim that every email sent or received went to .gov address? She ever email a counterpart from another country?

actually she specifically said that some did not go to a .gov address.

which is worse.

This had me scratching my head too. Both my work and personal emails go to my 1 device.

Her 4 statements:

1. I did this for convenience; so I wouldn't have to carry two devices
2. Most of my emails went to .gov recipients so those were preserved
3. I provided what I thought were "work related"; I got rid of the rest
4. ???? (I don't remember now)

Pretty easy to see the holes in 1 - 3.

Don't think she's done but she did not come across as Presidential. I don't think there is much in the way of damaging legal issues here. But this was a chance for someone who has been laying low for some time to come out and not only rally but energize some on her side. She came across as shaky and not engaged. She could not look at the crowd for more than a glimpse. Her replies were so condensed there was nothing to feel confidence in her. This was her opportunity to command the stage and I don't think she achieved that. Why I don't think it completely kills her - after Obama, people had the charismatic, charming, soothing and inspiring orator completely tank as President - or to make you on the Left feel better, he did not live up to the billing. So no one is looking for a smoothing talking woman by any means. And discussing servers and emails and internet security from hacking is not exactly her forte. Put her in a discussion on some issues she knows something about and she comes across better.

We will see how long this goes on. Republicans need to find a smoking gun quickly or just move on. She'll give them plenty to work with but harping on this if nothing pans out just plays into the Clinton game.

Whether she meant to or not she revealed the server is indeed on their property - she said it belonged to Bill and was "guarded" by the Secret Service.

Bottomline, she simply raised more questions than provided any concrete answers.

I agree. Poor performance. I'm sure a body language person would have a field day with it. Lot's of looking down with eyes closed, shaking her head "no" while giving her answer, no detail - simply repeating talking points.

I also thought the out of context shot at the GOP was interesting.

She kept hitting on her "convenience" that should be great debate and add fodder. Sorry madam President I hate to inconvenience you, but.......................

You guys aren't satisfied?

No way.

Not sure of policy or not but anyone I've met high up typically has a personal and work phone for calls and emails. There are a lot of apps for personal fun that would not get cleared on a govt device as well. Carrying two devices is quite common.

you do know that it's not just FNC that is covering this. Hillary is getting plenty of criticism from the left over this.

Rhetorical question, of course you know that, you just lack the intellectual honesty to admit that democrats are beginning to turn on a Clinton.

Here's the real question. Does anyone believe HC when she says the reason she had her own server and email was to avoid carrying two devices?
