I don't know why. Maybe she didn't think about it, maybe she was just used to using the other address. Maybe her first emails came in that way as appointment and confirmation ongoing and did not occur to her or anyone on her staff that it needed to be done differently since the emails were being saved by going to other employees....

Again, you are asking me to prove a negative, to prove she didn't send or say something she should not have, on emails that may or may not be missing.

Do you think she ONLY emailed other State Department Employees? Never anyone at the WH, Defense Dept, a rep from another country not a single email sent or received discussing government business outside of the State Department?

Here is how it works: Assuming we are talking about a Democrat, no matter the amount of evidence, the person in question is not guilty until they openly confess. And even then, LG reserves the right to disagree with said confession and continue to profess the Democrat's innocence (see IRS confession).

Assuming we are talking about a Conservative. Person is on the way to a Tea Party rally and has a fender bender with a person of color. Whole movement is deemed to be racist.

• She played a role in the '90s economic recovery.
• The billing records showed up on their own.
• She thought Bill was innocent when the Monica scandal broke.
• She was always a Yankees fan.
• She had nothing to do with the New Square Hasidic pardons (after they voted for her 1,400-12 and she attended a meeting at the White House about the pardons).
• She negotiated for the release of refugees in Macedonia (who were released the day before she got there).

With a record like that, is it any wonder that we suspect her of being less than honest and straightforward?

Hilary's intelligent. She's no novice to high power politics.
She HAD to know that using an outside server was against the law, or at a minimum against policy. So, in keeping with the polling format popular as of late, is she:
a) Reckless
b) Incompetent
c) Arrogant
d) She just made a mistake

The above question is really moot. If you answered any of the above the REAL question is, given the fact that she is well seasoned savvy politician, how is it that you can throw your support behind someone that be either a or d? B and C are just run of the mill qualities that you liberals seek out, so those were trick answers.

I just want a populist---Republican or Democrat, liberal or conservative. I want someone who will genuinely put the interests of the people above those of corporations and the moneyed aristocracy.

I don't see that in anyone besides Paul, Warren, O'Malley, and Sanders.

Wouldn't a populist put the interests of the majority over the interests of the minority? Essentially in the interests of some people while at the detriment of other peopke?

It's a pseudonym. It is similar to the name of a staffer from Hillary's time as first lady. But that guy wasn't working for her when the server was set up.

To be honest, this "scandal" is the least of my concerns with Washington... Or Hillary for that matter. I would rather she got arrested for murder conspiracy or treason than not following email protocol.

It's a very odd thing though. It's not the biggest scandal ever, but it's up there when it comes to the strangest.
