When the same thing happen no matter the personnel then it has the be the thing that remains constant and that is Holly and her staff.

This was a sad presser.Holly is reverting back to the same old Holly as she has started with the I don’t thing. If I were a five star and was considering Tennessee, this presser would make me wonder what kind of coaching I would receive by Holly and her coaching staff. I just cannot see Holly challenging the top teams on a consistent:clapping: basis.

Holly is maybe okay as a high-school freshman coach! Or she should try her hand at coaching Knoxville 12-13 recreation group.

By the way, Bert Bertelkamp once coached such a team.

Bad all the way around, lsu was the tortoise and we were the hare. Ran us outta the gym and just plain out hustled us. Pathetic! :sick:

Fyp Holly can only dream of being Richt, hard to believe it’s been 10 years since a LV Final 4, women’s premier b-ball program, or was before UConn.

I said it 3years ago that Nikki is far from Holly when it comes to coaching. Give holly's team to any experience coach watch how easily they get to finals.

To me, on paper, it’s the best program in Woman’s B-Ball by far. Nobody has the combination of facilities, tradition and fan base that we have. We just don’t have a good coach. Sadly, that’s the most important thing.

This team started out as a running and gunning team... that has gone by the wayside. Not sure why.

And what she says for years now is "I don't know ..."! This is beyond insane for a coach to say this and remain a coach! Holly if you don't know don't you think the honorable and ethical thing to do would be to resign?

Here is what we all know the Tennessee Lady Vol program continues to recruit championship caliber players. This program has the best history in women's basketball. This program has arguably the best facilities and fan base in women's basketball. This university is committed to providing the resources needed to be a championship program.

Ask yourself what is missing? The answer is simple, it's the coaching, period! How anybody can support Holly at this post is beyond me!!!

Our new AD is just the person to send Holly packing. She cannot be left to continue this coaching malpractice. You cannot help but notice that the normal Holly fan club is missing in action today. They are usually on here chastising people that question her ability as a coach. She has run our proud program way down, but everything is there to right the ship with a good hire.

We are waiting for her to make the record of not being invited to the NCAA tournament.
