We will stop the Ark run. When facing a one dimensional offense - particularly related to the run - Chavis can scheme with the best of them. Look at our rush defense stats over the past decade. SC was able to run because we were more concerned with containing Newton.
Alabama is like Ark in that we weren't particularly worried about the pass. We held Darby to, what, 36 yards on 14 carries?
Ark will not run the ball well against us.
I laugh at the fact you are comparing us to Alabama. Just to point out, our second string RB avg.s about 7 yards more than Darby per game.
