Heard it...he's a good kid...certainly a VFL...played to the best of his ability while here...

Butch Jones still is more of a trumpet player than a football coach...his record & decision making show it...

Bring on the "gets it" crowd to pump sunshine...

His record is pretty solid if you're referring to his record as a head coach......much better than Dools. That's the only thing giving me a little hope.

Hood talked about the disappointments of this senior class & it was their burden to bear these bad times, but felt better times were ahead. Sounded to me like he had Priest a little choked up.

It was good interview.

Haven't seniors been saying this for the last several seasons? Well, I'm still waiting on those "better times" that are some vague distance in the future.

Hood probably said Vandy did everything they could to lose the game. He probably said that the lack of any decent offensive game plan ruined our chances. I bet he said this team will probably quit like all Dooley's teams and get beat by KY. Then he invited Tim to the teams annual bowl watching party.

Google is your friend when it comes to Butch's record. His first seasons at a new job have never been all that special. Check out years 2 and 3 at Central Michigan and Cincy. History is on the man's side here.
