This was what I had before....

I just remodeled the interior of the house. Old carpet gone. Installed bamboo flooring. Took the living room down to the studs and ran electric and new sheetrock etc. Now my wife wants new roof/siding. Can anybody give me a ball park estimate of how much I'm looking for new arch. shingles and new vinyl siding? House 2100 sq. feet. Single story. Roof isn't to steep. Just trying to get an idea of what I'm in for.

Probably about $6 -$8 a foot. I'm assuming it's tear off as well so a little more maybe. Pretty good estimate for this area. If your close to middle Tennessee, let me know. I have a lot of the gear as I roofed mine (not because I roof for a living bit because I am cheap) and you are welcome to it.

Say no to Vinyl siding

You will be around 400$ per square in Tennessee for the roof. So 2100 sq feet or 21 square puts you around 8400$.

With the cabinets or the empty bottles? Either way, a lot of work for sure.

Went to Cree LED fixtures in our recessed cans, I had my doubts but they look great, very good light.

I'm sitting in a back yard now. I hand mixed 26-80lb bags of concrete to pour a green house slab for a friend. I show up fine.... I might complain, but I am here😀.

I was referring to time to show.. If they say they are coming at 8.. Expect 9:30 or 10
