Marijuana has positives for a very very few selected issues and even doctor prescribed. Physicians will tell you that recreationally using marijuana, especially smoking it, has several negative side affects and negative affects personality, can be addictive, and damages the brain as well as smoking it can cause cancer.
I’m not championing smoking cigarettes or drinking alcohol as some healthy kick either and think much like marijuana, anyone who does either daily is moronic.
Marijuana isn’t illegal because of some huge DuPont conspiracy it’s illegal because of the societal risks associated with it as well as the difficulty to test it in your system compared to other drugs, lead to an “all or nothing pass or fail” type issue.
I for one don’t care about weed as most people don’t if it were just stoners toking it at home. The only people who get caught up with it I. Law enforcement are drug dealers, or drug addicts that use it as well as other drugs or the DUI/PI idiots

Anything can be addictive. It doesn't have to be smoked and many of your negatives are in very very few selected cases.

You also do not know the history of why it's banned in this country. The inability to test for it has never been a real reason. You're making stuff up

I'm healthier than most and would benefit and qualify for med mj. It's not rare like you want to claim

Nobody is buying this anymore. Hell I just posted in this thread about using it to stop having panic attacks. People I know who were never smokers have been using it for a variety of reasons, all reporting positive results. Nobody is scared of it anymore and the only ones who should be have underlying mental issues it can mess with

I can't because we have randoms at work and I like my job. If they get rid of those I'll go get my required govt approval to use a plant to treat myself.

One day the "conservative" right will realize this was a dumb fight led by those with a vested interest

I work with actual physicians and see the effects all drugs including marijuana has on people both positive and negative. I’ve taught the subject of drug addiction and the seven schedules of drugs to doctors, nurses, police officers and other healthcare admin. I know the effects marijuana has on the human body and it’s physiology. Talk to your physician and he/she will tell you the same

The actual laws are dumb. They should be gone and nothing left to enforce

If medical is legal but I can't use it then which rule is dumb? I know why they are there for my company and hope they see the light soon

Serious question. If marijuana is made legal is the government going to require joints to have filters, special packaging, etc.? If it's made legal it stands to reason that regulations will make it more expensive and lower quality, that's the government way. The demand for cheaper, more potent weed will cause the black market to thrive in my opinion.

But of course they will overregulate and overtax it. That's what they do since the govt has no way of producing revenue on their own

Lol I knew a doctor who shot up straight fentanyl and another who raped a patient one time. Again some people are moronic criminals, but actually talk to your physician and see why they ask you if you recreationally use drugs including marijuana. They ain’t asking because they are wanting to buy a bag from you 😂

They do the same for them. You can do drugs and come to work high. You can’t drink alcohol and come to work drunk. Some places you can’t even smoke cigarettes at all or smell like it

I’d argue that’s pretty standard across 90% of businesses that aren’t bartenders or fast food servers
