ole miss beat texas tech and they were a middle of the road team in our conference. sec is the best hands down. it shouldn't even be up for discussion

This isnt good news. Florida is going to get better and better. I dont understand why a lot of fans get off on other teams achievements...when we cant take care of it ourselves. "See! We play hard teams, see!" Who gives a crap.

At one point the Big 12 had what, four top 10 teams? And then three out of the four of them lost in the bowls, and the fourth one could easily have lost to a 10 point underdog. Pretty sure you can't wet the bed in bowl season and still claim to be the best conference.

This yearly "best conference" stuff is boring anyway. One year they claim it's the Big 12; another they claim it's the Big 10; another they claim it's the ACC. Maybe this year the Pac 10 will find a few advocates. But you know what? It's always the SEC they're comparing the flavor of the month to.

Oklahoma = Loss to SEC
Texas = Win over mediocre OSU
TTU = Loss to SEC
Oklahoma State = Loss
Missouri, Nebraska, Kansas, all win.

Florida = Nat'l Champs (over Big 12)
Alabama = Loss (admittedly a bad one)
Ole Miss = Win over Big 12
Georgia, LSU, Kentucky, Vanderbilt all win.
