The offense seems to have gone into higher gear with Tillman out. Now I am a big fan of Tillman but it seems offense is different with him out. Is Hooker distributing ball differently? Is CJH calling plays differently? Or is CJH just bringing in new and different routes he has been saving for big SEC matchups?
You smart people tell me what happens when Tillman is back? It will be hard to watch any of the 3 main receivers who have been playing with Tillman out to have to sit.
We won't need him... You could almost make the argument to wait until Athens. But he does need some game reps. Maybe some really vanilla routes and plays and save the exotic stuff for DawgsNah....if he's good to go this week I say give him some reps.....get the rust knocked off before the Kentucky game.
Lol. You seriously asked that?
Per CJH, all WR's will continue to start, including Tillman, We're actually going to make the WR splits even wider to fit them all in, just to buck with everyone trying to figure is outThe offense seems to have gone into higher gear with Tillman out. He goes through his reads more quickly and efficiently without his cheat code and that has actually transformed Hyatt into another cheat code. All while McCoy is getting his bearings ojt. What we’re seeing is a larger fraction of the total options this offense entails…but nowhere near the full flux. As great as HH has been these last two seasons, I’m stoked on the quarterback who runs this Lamborghini for a full 3-4.Hooker was getting locked in on Tillman early this year. Can’t say I blame him, but his efficiency wasn’t great. I’d say his injury has made Hooker a better surveyor. The other factor is line play has improved since beginning of the year. Hooker has more time. When Tillman gets back it will open up even more.
Tillman will play some snaps to get the feel of playing back. He will likely play a couple of quarters Just to get back in the game. The offense seems to have gone into higher gear with Tillman out. Let’s frickin Go! Execute and Win
Bama supplies the zebras, we supply the mustard.

If they go 4 wide wouldn’t that force man coverage with huge mis-matches? If they dropped extras into coverage and the way our O-line has played lately would give the RB’s opportunity to gain massive yardage. Either way we are benefiting
However, when we put bigger, faster, and better catching TEs we will be even more scary. The future gets brighter every year.I think it means this offense is going to be impossible to defend. Who are you gonna double? They're all elite. Are you gonna play man and trust that you can lock down all 3? You know that isn't going to happen.
Really the only hope for opposing teams is to come after Hooker and try to disrupt him but our O-line just played lights out vs Bama and if you do get pressure, Hooker can and will burn you with his legs.
Our RB's are serviceable and have proven they can get a first down, as can Hooker on designed runs.
Our TEs did their part as well. At this point I'd say Josh Huepel can pick his score against just about anyone in the country.
