How is USC's program in better shape than ours

I grew up rooting for USC and ucla just because they were always on tv.

USC fans are so gay though it makes it hard. I hate kiffin but I still find myself rooting for them. To be fair I usually know a couple people on the team.

Am I wrong on this? I thought since he appealed the scholly stuff that USC signed a full class last year and begining this year they won't be able to sign more than the restricted limit....Is this correct?

I'm not sure if outcoached is the right word for it when your QB turns the ball over twice in the redzone and throws a pick-6 in the fourth quarter. Barkley really f'ed up in that game.

This is correct. The scholarship limitations kick into effect this year.

USC is looking at only being able to sign 15 scholarships for this year, but are able to take 18 or 19 when you take into account early enrollees that date back to last year.
