Yeah. These two classes have been about bulking up - or to quote Mac "cultivating mass". Butch needed to build depth and to start from square one. Now 3/4 of our team has been recruited by Butch to fit his system.

Now is time to tighten and tone. We don't need to rebuild a roster. We need to tweak and perfect a team. I don't see Butch accepting any commitments from anybody who won't be a quality SEC starter after this.

And the numbers will require it. We will go from averaging 30 per year to 20-25 man classes. We don't have room for anybody who isn't elite.

If we only take 20 we will take 3 DL and 2 LB so that we can take 3 WR and 5 DBs. At least that's how I'd see it working out ideally.

It doesn't matter how well the 2 most recent classes end up producing, we will take minimum 4 DL.

Butch said in his PC that they are getting pretty thin on RB's and WR's. I would agree that you cannot have enough defensive backfield players too.

RB will be critical for us this cycle especially after the way Butch talked about them in his PC. He also mentioned WR as a position of need coming up. I think we go all in on some big names. RB, WR, LB, CB, and QB will be the focus and I think "tighten and tone" is a good description of how the class will be built. '15 should be the last class of "flipping the roster" and putting down foundation. Now we can focus on smaller classes that build quality depth. I would say we go all in on some pretty big RB names early if I had to guess.

We definitely need one QB for 2016, preferably a top 30 guy. If I were Butch I'd start my search in North Carolina.

We have the NC QB sewed up for the 16 class. We may two QBs in 16.

I'm not sure if many people realize how badly we will need WR after next year. They might take more than 3 there. Josh Smith, Malone, North, Williams, Perry and Croom are the only WR who will be on the roster after next season. It has been stated that Butch prefers 9-11 WR on the roster at all times.

DB will also be a huge need to fill.
