Be a long game if the refs threw a flag for jaw jacking. Would be a flag on almost every play.

Omar Lott has been absolutely DOMINANT the last 2 games. Unstoppable. He had 2 sacks vs Flarda....which almost never happens for a DTackle. Then against Bama, he played 18 passing downs and had 12 pressures. Thats 66.7%. To put that in perspective, Pearce leads the SEC for the season getting pressures on the QB at ~24%. Yeah. Omar is a beast on a tear right now. GO OMAR. GO VOLS

So, offsetting penalties.....big deal. They would have lined up 4th and 7 and played the down. As it turns out, he baited him into a stupid action and drew the 15 yarder. If he would have hit him back, then yes, it would have been offsetting. That didn't happen and they had to try a 4th and 22. Gosh Dang, why do some of our fans insist on being miserable after we just beat 2 of our biggest rivals in back to back weeks for the first time in forever. Did you guys just get conditioned to being absolutely miserable for that 15 year darkness. We are in the light now. It's ok to come out and enjoy the sunshine.

Getting away with something stupid doesn't mean it wasn't stupid. And there's nothing wrong with calling out said stupidity.

Woah. I just happened to drop in this here thread. We’ve got folks fighting about what letter of the Greek alphabet each other are. This play, when I watched it, made me cringe at the impact a kick of the ball would have had and I wasn’t breathing when Boo had his altercation. I have to hold my tongue at work at people attacking me because I have to provide for my family. Am I a beta for getting tread on to take care of my home? These after-plays aren’t about who’s tougher, but who’s mature enough to see beyond the moment and see the bigger picture.
