Hugh Freeze random guess thread (merged)

The way It seems is Freeze, Kitchens, Enos, and Lindsey are the four guys from which our next OC will be chosen.

Real real good.
And I have admitted more than once I did it to try to show people on here to stop being so damn gullible.

There are no insiders on here!
None!

'scuse me. I attended the same high school as Philip Fulmer (albeit about six years behind, but, I was close in grade to Bill Rudder and Robert Fraley). So, my speculation should carry as much weight as anyone on here!

Let's start quizzing him to verify. Isn't that what we do during coaching searches? What golf course does Al live closest to and what is the bartender's name in the clubhouse?
Funny. Did someone ever find out who that punk was?

Outside of a liar, I don't believe anyone ever did for sure. I could be wrong on that though. I'll give him one thing, he was pretty good at what he did. I'd like to have a transcript of that thread just for entertainment purposes to look back at it retrospectively.

Speak for yourself, my friend. I have spoken to a person that has communicated with a couple of people on this board and they have assured me there are insiders among us. I also carry a picture of Phil Fulmer from the 2000 spring game. He was looking directly at me in the picture proving that we know each other thus making me an insider for nearly 43 years.

Greg Gaines? I don't know where he is now. His brother Brad, who played at Vandy, is very approachable. I've talked to him when he helps his mom at her estate sale business.

The John Lilly promotion would be a brilliant decision. It’s what we do
No doubt we would soon have a chorus of folks proclaiming him the best offensive mind in college football, much better than anyone else we could've hired.

I haven't really seen anyone else mention it, but whether or not CJP is able to attract established coaching talent is direct evidence as to whether the coaching fraternity thinks CJP will succeed here. If good assistants with options see this as a stable program on an upward trajectory, they will line up for this gig. If they think CJP is a couple of seasons away from getting canned, they’ll avoid us.

If I’ve learned anything from being on this board for 15 years, it’s that we will all know about 30 seconds after our “insiders” when the next coaching hire is confirmed. All that’s certain is we have an opening and they are interviewing candidates. Getting my hopes up just seems to do nothing more than make me take more of my blood pressure medicine and takes away from enjoying this holiday with family and friends. We’ll either have a Christmas miracle or we’ll get another round of coal in our stockings. Regardless of what Santa delivers down our chimney in the way of an OC, I will still be a VFFL.

Wait...wait...
I was a few years behind you AND was coached and taught by a legendary Majors in Jr High. Skreet cred!

Maybe he screwed up his pterodactyl to English translation?
