I think so on Rivals. One of the rivals scouts said he felt Hurd was #2 best back, but he doesn't have a part in the rankings.

Haven't updated points yet I don't think, he is ranked 19th nationally, but his player page shows 21st. Also, some players that got bumped to 5 stars are still ranking lower than some 4 stars, probably going to re-rank soon and (I think) should bump our overall score even more.

I'm not really being a Scrooge. I just think its funny that during Dooley recruiting, 3 star players were fine because the recruiting services knew nothing. I guess it's just a testament to how badly we wanted to believe in an obvious failure.
