So when the men's team gets down to Loyola 4-0 tomorrow, how about one of you idiots starting a nega-thread about how pitiful the men's team is and how they don't have a coach. Some are just whiners.

What you should be embarrassed by is starting this thread. We just won 100-64... but I guess that wasn’t good enough. I guess it should have been 200–24.

And I don’t care that “this is your school” and “you’re a lifelong fan.”

Point guards playing smart and under control like the second half is all we need. If the shots fall we win otherwise we lose. At least we have a chance if the point guards stay focused and don't turn it over so much.

ball handling by the team.
This continued type play will send the LV out of the tournament quickly...maybe next game too.
CHW is the worst coach in women's basketball....a total embarrassment to Pat Summit and the Vol Nation.

Yes, you are the only one.

While I won't be spotted wearing a "I love Holly" tee shirt, I am not going to complain about a game at halftime. I might get mad after a loss and playing badly, but that wasn't anywhere close to happening today. They played and beat a 14 seat on their home floor. They did what they were suppose to do.

If they don't make the elite 8, or fail to blow out a clearly inferior team, I will be mad right with you. But I am not jumping around about anything today. The Lady Vowels played well today. For now, I will leave it be.

We played a great second half.
Wore down a severely undersized and out talented team with our depth and superior ability.
I loved the second half. LV b-ball at its best.
But, yes, the first half was embarrassing.
I want a pure consistent four quarters so that we can again go toe to toe with the Baylor’s, Louisville’s, and yes, someday again that team in Storrs.
On to Oregon State. Go Lady Vols!

I’m off now to a sports bar to watch some men’s games with some buddies.
I love all of you Tennessee folk whether you love me back or not. Vol for Life!

What is this depth you speak of? They had a deeper bench than the LVs. This has been an issue for us all year. We had only one sometimes 2 bench players getting meaningful minutes all year.

No, not surprised. Doesn’t bother me. All opinions are just that and equally as valid.
Stand by what I said.
We played a horrible first half against a very inferior team.
We played a great second half against them.

First half was shaky with five people playing that never played in an NCAA game. They settled in and the LV had good ball movement and it was on from there.

My favorite part is that Russell lit Westbrook up when she wanted her to cut to the basket and actually yelled. She also aggressively went after rebounds and was aggressive on close outs!
