At just how bad our defense is. This is the first game I've seen them in person this year and they are beyond atrocious. We got very little pressure on Henne and we couldn't make any plays in the passing defense.

I know people are going to want to criticize Tebow, but he played just fine. It didn't help that the offensive line didn't show up.

We scored 35 points. That's enough to win. Giving up 41 is where we fell short. And if we don't make MASSIVE improvement there, its going to be a long year in 2008.

LG, I think Tebow had a ok game. I agree there was very little pressure on Henne and Mich. just came to win, plain and simple.

You guys just cost us the all-important ESPN Bowl Championship thing... now the Mountain West Conference is the champion.

Trust Me we feel your pain. I do not believe Tebow played well. He never really got into a rhythm and for the first time I witnessed Urban Myer with a Deer in the Headlight Look. He looked very much like Fulmer did at the Alabama game.

It cost me $500. They Michigan Out Muscled FL on both sides of the ball in the trenches. Never would I have expected that.

And you were right. This is a huge problem for next year. I am very concerned because they just seemed bad. not inexperienced, but bad.

That was a great game, though. I do agree, though. Florida's defense completely mailed it in today.

FL looked dull and dry throughout the game LG....They just were not into it....Give Michigans D alot of credit though, they cooked up alot of good blitzes on the golden boy....

The thing I can't believe is that people on this board would bet their money on Florida... :whistling:

I am not all that worked up over losing the game. As a friend of mine said, its really an exhibition game if u aren't in the BCS. More worried about what this defensive performance portends for next year.

Michigan should have had more points on the board, didn't Hart cough it up twice inside the 5 yard line or something like that.

I'm not sure that you can take anything from bowl games and predict the next year...
