I blame this loss on Cameron Carr

May have been much closer if Igor had shown up
He has had some moments, but overall he’s been a disappointment. He’s a 6’10” guy with a solid handle and mobility. He has the physical tools to be a real offensive force, but he’s missing something in his brain that won’t allow it. It’s a shame, because if he could have recognized his offensive potential, we’d have been a legit threat to win it all.

UF is so much better than us. Even if we had Carr (who for all we know might not be all that good) and Estrella, they still have way more depth. There isn't any facet of the game that they aren't good at. They get scoring from everywhere, have insane depth, and play lights out defensively.

The NCAAT is a funny, random event but I would be absolutely stunned if UF doesn't make the FF, and they could even make it rather easily. There isn't anybody in the country playing better than them right now.

Wait. I was told a month ago we were deep enough. I even had some posters getting emotionally upset that I said we were thin.

We are deep enough against 95% of teams. UF is a tough matchup with their inside depth, especially with Milicic in foul trouble. Having a healthy Estrella would have been nice.

I blame Knecht for going pro and not using his Time Machine to know Pavia was gonna sue the NCAA for more eligibility years.
where is Doc Brown when you need him? Dude disappears right when my bowl is empty...

It wouldn't matter if we had 7 bigs on the roster. Referees never let our big guys compete. Even Bilas had things to say today about the disparity of questionable calls under the basket.

well, that was Pavia's luck. now the ncaa is denying everyone because they think the judge made a mistake on awarding pavia. They are trying to stand their ground.

Not really, but in a foul fest game like this one, an extra player in the rotation would have helped. Florida had about the same number of fouls as Tennessee, but they had more players to spread those fouls among.
Big men who can shoot 3’s are not on every corner. That is what is expected of them in today’s game. Pick & roll for the dunk or jack up a 3, that is new day basketball. I’m not fond of it but I sure will continue watching it.
