I cant stand Notre Dame

I can sleep so much better knowing the golden helmets are slinking back to south bend with a serious beat down on their backs.
Good night for the sec to demonstrate continued dominance. Now UT needs to take its share !
Cbj is getting it done with a short recruiting window. I was a doubter, but now I'm all in.
Go big orange!

I can't either. nd gets preferential treatment by being televised each Saturday on NBC (Notre Dame Broadcasting Company) and that makes recruits want to play there. Also, how come bUTch couldn't be on the telecast last night? Urban Meyer got free exposure to help him at osu.

Getting mad about all that kinda shows an inferiority complex. Everyone knows ND could close their eyes and swing around wildly with a bag of scholarships and land a top 10 class every year regardless of success on the field. Tennessee can't do that. He's not stating anything offensive or anything we don't already know. Don't get all angsty about it.

"Top 10 class".....Everybody, and I mean Everybody ranks these players before they ever set foot on a college practice field. No way in H-E double L does ND have a top 10 class on the field. They were lucky all year and played a weak schedule. They would finish in the bottom half of the SEC. That was proven last night.

It really pi$$es me off that friends of mine who I went to UT with and grew up with were cheering for Alabama...Sorry but I have never been a SEC homer and never will be...You morons do realize they freaking HATE us and make fun of us because We are down right?...But you STILL cheer for them???...I guarantee that none of them would cheer for UT if we were in the title game...The ONLY team I root for in the SEC is TENNESSEE and everyone else can kiss my loyal big orange rear end!...Rooting for Alabama to win does not make the SEC stronger, It makes Alabama stronger...Period...Just because they win does not make recruits want to come to UT, Makes them want to go to Alabama....Is it that hard for you goobers to understand?

I hope this over rating of ND and their talent will stop now. Like I said they have averaged a Rivals rating of 26 over the last ten years. They aren't that good and have been recruiting great. They were the recipients of bad calls and lucky wins. They haven't been killing it every year like the media might make it seem. They will be 8-5 again next year .

Notre Dame finally played a real football team last night. Now you see why they are SCARED to join any major conference. They couldn't jerk their schedule around to allow them the best windows for playing the two or three real teams a year that aren't complete jokes. This school was not a real contender this year, they just went undefeated against a weak schedule. Oregon would have been a far better choice.

This shows how ND has even swayed the BCS bowl plan. We need a 8 team playoff that eliminates pretenders like ND long before the big game.

I can't stand Notre Dame either and they got what they deserve. Its hard to root for Bama but its so much fub watching Notre Dame get whipped by an SEC team.

I know its almost Christmas but I have to vent!
I hate Notre Dame and always have.
ESPN and all the media kisses their a$$ like no other program in the country and all because of marketing dollars!
I recently read a quote from rivals....
"This is a big deal for Tennessee. That is a program that needs the right hire, and it needs it right now. I don't know if I can say this is a home run hire, but after the episode with Lane Kiffin and the disaster of Derek Dooley, the best thing that can happen here is for Jones to bring the Cincinnati magic with him and follow on the success of the last coaches to leave that school. It is unlikely he is going to jump in and have the success that Brian Kelly is having in recruiting at Notre Dame, but Tennessee isn't Notre Dame." -- Mike Farrell, Rivals.com
This pisses me off more than I can stand. UT isnt Notre Dame...you are dam! right! In the past twenty years UT has had 9 10+win seasons and a National Championship. In the same time frame Notre Dangit has had 5 10+ win seasons. The media needs to quit suckling the marketing teet and do some fair and unbiased reporting.
Yes we have been bottom barrel for the past two coaching terms but we WILL BE BACK!!!
I am no Bama lover but hope Saban and the boys beat the golden helmets into a stupor so the media cant keep the same BS around.
GO SEC Go Vols!!
And full on Go Coach Jones!!

This!....I hate the Cat-licks......

I hate Notre Dame because around the time of the home and home series against ND back in 90-91 was the first time I was old enough to not just watch the game, but to remember it, even today and more so, be fully invested in the game, realize its importance, yada yada yada. Both games were nailbiters, coming down to the final moments and created an intense rivalry at least inside my head. We then didn't play them for a decade, and now, 21 years later, we've still only played them three times since that moment. It has caused that rivalry to simmer with me over all these years. So yes, I hate Notre Dame more than Alabama and I was relieved (note, not happy) to see Bama take them to the woodshed. As I posted in another thread, here is my order of things I hate:

1. Cancer
2. Notre Dame Football
3. Alabama anything
4. Al Qaeda
5. New York Yankees

I'm old enough to know that our true rival is Alabama, I love to say "Roll Tide Roll, Round the Bowl and Down the Hole" and "I don't give a d**n about the whole state of Alabama...We're From Tennessee", but I will always hate the dirty Catholics from South Bend more.

Try being a VOLS fans in South Bend Indiana. ND thinks they rule this town. I was glad as hell when Bama took them to the shed. After game all the Domers could talk about was the bad call in the 1st qrt. Like that cost them the game. And they still think they are the best team in the nation, and that if the game were played again they would just mud stomp Bama.
ND fans need to be slapped in the face, do your selves a favor and when meeting a ND fan just walk away.

they might win, one out of ten if they replayed Bama, but they would never mud stomp them
