You don't do it because: It gives the student/player more time to play basketball and gain a competitive advantage over other students/players working as hard as they can in the classroom just to pass.

What's makes Pearl's facade any different than creating a facade of achievement for a HS failure?

Why do you think you know my stance on Pearl? I've talked about it maybe once on here and didn't reveal my full feelings on the issue. To be honest, I haven't talked about it because I'm still not sure exactly how I feel. Still deciding....

well,it's no worse than my niece having her whole algebra1 class passed in high school,because so many were failing the class,lets just give everyone a passing grade,that would help everybody get better educated

Bledsoe's pro career wasn't riding on that grade. He could have played overseas.
