In the first game, Stokes took 5 shots in 17 minutes and made 4 of them, while Jones took 8 shots in 24 minutes and made 4 of them. So, no, Stokes was not outplayed while "taking more shots" in both games.

Jones 4-8 FG, 2-3 FT, 24 mins, 10 pts (sophomore)
Stokes 4-5 FG, 1-2 FT, 17 mins, 9 pts (first college game)

Being the water boy would put him behind the entire roster, not just two guys. I'm not arguing that Stokes is better than the top two current high school players. I don't know that answer. I'm arguing that Stokes is good enough to log minutes at Kentucky. You're arguing that Kentucky is so mighty, Stokes would be getting everyone their drinks.

yea he swore up and down noels and shabazz were uk leans until i called him out and said give me a link that says that, he never could.

meanwhile i posted multiple links saying neither one was, and that if there was leans, shabazz is leaning to UCLA, and noels most likely syracuse.

Stokes would play vargas minutes at the 5 no question asked. anybody with the least bit amount of basketball knowledge, this clearly excludes JUDGE, realizes that this is true.

Can someone explain why Nerlens Noel is the #1 player on Scout and unlisted by Rivals? He's not even in the Rivals database. Why would Rivals skip this guy?

Rivals probably hasn't moved him from class of 13 to 12, he just reclassified about 2 weeks ago or so.

Oh they were real UK fans believe me, they just gave up after another 0-4 start and said lets get ready to basketball.

I don't blame them it's just funny they hype themselves every year to be let down.

Once again, there are plenty of people who care about KY FB. If they dont, then they arent true UK fans. I go to FB games and support them just as much as BB. They should as well.

Then why are you in the football forum talking football?

The vast majority of UK fans are all about bball. Why does rupp sell out every game pretty much and the football stadium pay people to come? Because more uk fans like bball than football.

Do you attend volleyball, soccer, softball, swimming, diving, track, tennis, golf and cheer leading events? Don't lie, no you don't.

Just because you don't go to those events doesn't mean your not a fan of the school. They get excited about football, the season goes downhill do then they get excited about basketball. I'm not saying they don't root for UK football team still, they simply just bring the hype to basketball instead.

I never said that attending is what makes you a UK fan. I simply said that I think true UK fans like UK football, etc etc.
Most of those other sports are followed by small groups of people.

All I was saying is they get excited for football, season goes down hill and they get excited about basketball. I'm not saying they quit rooting for UK football, they just transfer the excitement and hype of this is the year, to basketball.

How that makes them not true fans I'll never understand. A true fan of that school would support evey sport, that doesn't mean you have to attend but you support them. Nothng I said suggested they quit supporting the football team.

Its obvious why people get crazy for bb here. Imo, a true fan supports everything that the school does. Doesnt mean they follow it.

Do you agree with what I'm saying though now? I never said they don't support then just that the hype dies down and moves to basketball. But you freaked out saying they aren't true fans, they're exactly what you described.

They get excite for football season it doesn't go good so they then hype up basketball. They still watch and cheer for UK on Saturdays, but the hype isn't there that was at the beginning of the season. How the hell Does that make them not true fans?

True fans dont dismiss one of the more popular sports just because their team sucks. Thats all I am saying.
