I agree with your assessment but I don't think that Hart has any guilt or pressure. Dooley is not his man and Dooley's body of work, to date on the field, relieves Hart of any pressure to keep Dooley. I genuinely think that Hart would like for Tennessee to get to a bowl and put some money into the coffers. Firing Dooley now probably kills that chance.
