Has anything changed for you?

Have you been a Auburn fan ?

Personally , nothing has changed for me. I couldn't care less if Auburn won any games or not. The only games AU plays that I am concerned with is the TN game and I have always wanted the Vols to whip their butts in each and everyone of those games. They now have a former TN coach. I still dont care about Auburn or any other SEC team other than TN...

I hope they're pretty good. Them sucking is part of why the SEC gets 3 bids in the tourney. With a good conference RPI we'd be a 7-8 seed at 21-12 instead of barely in the field.

I don't think they'll lose every game, but probably damn near close to it, and that includes an ass whoopin at the hands of the Vols.

Auburn might not be that good next year but after that I say they will be bustin arze and taking names! I hope Pearl does good except when they play UT!

I could care less how many games Auburn wins any year. I always pull for the Vols but you can't be mad at Bruce for accepting another coaching job. His show cause has ended and he is ready to get back to work doing what he loves and that is coaching basketball. Really wish it would not have been at another SEC school. Pretty sure he knew he would not coach at UT again. Oh well, time to move on.

Indirect answers not good enough for you, eh? I think the noncommital answer I gave served its purpose. I always root for the Vols, but no matter who I root for, it's not going to affect the outcome of the game, and it's going to be awfully hard to root against the man who brought UT the greatest basketball glory we've ever known. I always rooted for Johnny Majors after he left UT to coach elsewhere, so why would I not continue to support Bruce?. I can't really root for Auburn at th expense of UT, but I can't root against Bruce Pearl, so I'll just remain neutral when it comes to that particular matchup. Like I said, I don't expect that game will carry much weight anyway.

UT never had the opportunity to offer Pearl the HC job, being that the Vols are currently still in the dance, so he took it upon himself to move on to Auburn.....despite the fan support he'd received. I don't consider him a traitor; just another SEC coach who I want to lose every time his players are on the court vs. UT. Bruce who? Oh yeah. I remember him. Good times/bad times, etc. But that was yesterday. VFL!
