All teams fluctuate when it comes to success and placement in rankings. Alabama, Florida, and Georgia will not always be top in rankings. Key players will graduate or get drafted, new freshman come in each year. We're in a slump and we will come out of it.

Not happening. Hart said prior head coaching experience was essential. We don't need or want another Saban disciple to train

If its Kirby Smart, that is a step BACK from Coach Dooley. Dooley at least had Head coach expierience before he got here, Smart has none. We do not need someone who will learning on the job. That in my opinion would be a Bad Hire.
It has to be a name that can come in recruiting immediately, not a coach that will need a couple of years to establish relationships and work like heck. Tennessee can not afford to wait. 1 bad recruiting class will be felt four 4 years .

Reality Sucks doesn't it? Watching Tennessee Football die the last few years is indeed reality....it makes me ill and so very frustrated with no end in sight.
