I think there's a difference in being attacked and people asking why you would take that position. I just truly wonder how anyone could back any of these candidates

Sorry, I should have said that I didn't quite understand his comment. Most everyone in the politics forum is fine. I said earlier that I don't feel that I have been attacked. Although every now and then some jackass decides that since I support Obama I must not know anything about sports.

I've seen that happen a few times, but I thought is was all in fun... is it really that bad? I can't say I've been paying attention so I don't know.

Oh I'm sorry, I must have missed the part where I was tax exempt. I also have no plans to ever have children. I'm not a liberal because I'm an idiot, I'm a liberal because I have beliefs, same as you.

Sorry to imply that you were tax exempt or that you don't have plans to continue your lineage. I'm actually glad that you have hopes for change. I just know a snake oil salesman when I see one. Call it what you want, I call it experience.

not you, but many are liberal solely because it's very well supports their current tax situation. I'm partners with a dyed in the wool hippie type attorney. Extremely bright and amazingly capable guy. I am amazed at how much of a Republican he has become now that the tax burden on him has become shockingly high. I suspect he's not the exception.
