'i Pray To Jesus'

i'm not putting you down for defending Christianity. I'm calling you out on how you view Muslims and the fact that you do not realize far too many people have perverted what the Bible teaches us and how Peter envisioned the church.

Name one post where I put down all Muslims. I honestly could care less what your opinion is of me, I don't think all Muslims are evil. However, I have serious doubts of the religion itself, especially of Mohammed. You are no more of a Christian than I am, and if you're really that much into it you should know by now to never judge what's in a man's heart, nor presume to know about his relationship with God.

i can only go by what you have written, but what you have written about the beliefs of the majority of the Muslim faith is very, VERY false.

I paged you a while ago, JZ...

Honestly this little "discussion" isn't worth getting too involved in... But I will ask a few honest questions I have.

Is there a Christian equal to infidels or Sharia Law?

Are there many/any countries where Islam is outlawed or missionaries are murdered?

Are there any Christian groups looking to destroy a specific country or the East?

To my knowledge Christian terrorism isn't a worldwide problem, is that because Christian police their own more than Muslims?

It isn't that surprising though to see a violent group(s) rise up from that region and grow. You can look at any society and see those from lower economic classes that feel they have no rights or are being abused rise up through violence.

In this country alone the Irish, Italians, blacks and Hispanics have all done so in this country in order to get what they feel is theirs.

I do feel the average white-Christian male could be getting to the point of violence in the next 10 to 15 years.

Anyway just some random thoughts not really "calling" anyone out.

It's false that they engage in fatwa's, belive that you should kill all infidels, and that's how you "earn" your way to heaven and the virgins? That women are beneath men? Maybe I made all that up.

i also never questioned one's relationship with God. Not one time. However, there are far too many Christians out there with a perverted view of Christianity. They are simply taking excerpts from the Holy Bible out of context and using them to service their desires. That is what the radical Muslims are doing with the Koran and you are taking those same excerpts out of context to make your assumptions on the teachings of the Koran.

Hopefully I can ask this without it getting out of hand, but what makes you think that? I'm not looking to pick a fight, just really wanting to know.

Please tell me where I'm wrong. I've yet to hear it.

Basically just re-read the Koran. It's a start. I was even given a smaller book that was essentially a "The Koran for Dummies" version and it was a great start for me. That's the best advice I can give you.

Well really it was just a random thought. However it seems to me that the average white male in this country is being greatly pushed to the side. I'll try to elaborate more if that isn't clear at all.

No, that pretty much went along with what I thought you meant, just wasn't sure.

Tuesday or Wednesday I will have a great list of books for you, stay tuned.

i've already read a great list of books regarding the Koran, including an English translation of the القرآن itself. I don't want to read any books by authors who are simply taking Koran scriptures out of context.

Thanks for proving me right... I knew you wouldn't be interested in anything I read, yet I'm supposed to read a summed up version of the Koran you happen to like. I'm more than willing to do a read mine and I'll read yours type deal, but I'm the closed minded one. That's ok, like I said arguing with people like you and your like is just going in circles. Feel free to comment about my ignorance and bigotry while I sleep tonight. Some people are always trying to ice skate uphill.

I'm just stating that I've read plenty on the subject, enough for a senior project. If you want me to continue reading, I will, however I'm three weeks away from my comprehensive exams. Right now, outside the Holy Bible, those books are the only ones I'm going to read.

A Fatwa is nothing more than a religious decree. Unless the Fatwa is legitimate, it has absolutely no bind on the Islamic population. Also, since all Fatwa's are inherently open to debate among Sheiks, Imams, and Mullahs, the extreme ones hold absolutely no water to most of Muslims.

In no way do Muslims believe it is their duty to kill infidels. In fact, the Koran specifically states that Jews and Christians are people of the book, and therefore are more already a step above the pagans in the region.

You do not earn your way to heaven, according to Islam, by killing infidels. Your earn your way to heaven by living a good, Muslim life. This life involves the Five Pillars of Islam: professing that Allah is the one true God, praying five times per day, fasting during Ramadan, making the Hajj to Mecca (for the able), and tithing/giving to charity.

As for the women being beneath men...read Paul's letter to Timothy...
