This article makes it sound like he was using Louisville to try to sidestep a rule about transferring from one SEC school to another during the spring. Guess it didn't work out and he took a pile of cash from Miami.Ole Miss

Third time's a charm? LOL. The guy has been all over the place.
I do think he will regret leaving. He would have had a great year and really enhanced his draft prospects. This article makes it sound like he was using Louisville to try to sidestep a rule about transferring from one SEC school to another during the spring. Report suggests that Lane Kiffin could block former Vols DL Tyler Baron from transferring to LSU
I do wish him the best and hope he realizes his NFL dream. However, I think being a Knoxville native he will regret leaving once his playing days are over.
I think he was looking for a chance to have a statistically great last season to improve his draft stock. He won’t be the guy getting doubled so he should have a good shot.
This. Don’t get the hate honestly.I think it was more money than anything, and we finally built enough depth in the secondary and at SDE, that we were willing to let him and Walker go.
With that said, I have no animosity towards either nor should our fanbase as a whole. I appreciate what they did when they were here and hope the best for each
Kids will always be dumb to a degree and chasing money makes most people even stupider. This might be a good thing for the UT. Maybe players will realize that chasing everybody who drags out a papier-mâché image of George is just a fast and sure way to spatter and lose all the Lincolns, Roosevelts and Kennedys metal pieces they already have in their pockets. I'm not anti-capitalism, no sire. Just that too often along with greed, it holds hands with stupidity too.
