I'm quite pleased with young Vol's, we all knew this would be a tough year, but I've already seen so much improvement over last year it's not even funny.
Sure the Vol's have much to work on, but let's enjoy the 2-0 start, barring anymore serious injuries, Vol's go bowling
Go Vols

I'm going to add another, not really so much a concern as our defense has performed well the last 2 weeks, but I guess surprised is a better word for it...

What has happened to Curt Maggit?? I'm sure he's playing but I can't think of one single time in the last 2 weeks that I've heard his name called. Has he just been ineffective since coming back?

We'll let the talking be on the field Saturday. Oklahoma might just let their tadpole ass overload their alligator mouth.

What would you expect from replacing an entirely new offensive line? Even if they had the talent of an NFL team it takes time and experience to be effective and it may very well be that some of them get recruited over in February.

No, if we had NFL talent we'd be fine, but that's not the case.

I am thinking Justin has been paying attention when Peyton rings him up.

Yep you're right man, Peyton fixed Worley. I'm just glad because I wouldn't want Worley to waste a bunch of time in the offseason practicing and learning the offense. Peyton died on the cross for our wins.

some of you are hilarious, if you can't see the improvement in talent and overall team speed you are blind. Last year had we played that ASU qb he would still be running around and would have compiled no less than 600 yards on the ground. We played uninspired ball against a very solid team and still won, that is a sign of an improved team.

I just want to say that 24 hours later, I'm still laughing at this thread title. Thanks. :pepper:

Next week, you might add the phrase "rending of garments."

WTF is your deal troll? we are talking about being glad we have improved from last year. And your in here trying to start krap like we are talking about blowing out Oklahoma..

Go back to Norman if you can even find it on the map :lolabove:

I think he may be a disgruntled Texas fan. :mf_surrender:

Enough progress to go into Oklahoma and win? NO

Lets all be honest here. UT doesn't have to beat OK. You have to beat us. We aren't contenders, yet. The burden is on Oklahoma to not do their typical Choklahoma routine and get stunned by some team they were supposed to beat. Remember that Texas team that was so bad that they gave up over 500 yards rushing to BYU and got their head coach fired? They beat you. At the beginning of every season ESPN falls all over themselves about how this should be the year for OK. Then they go and blow it. Just remember, even in our down years, we are good for one upset win. Ask South Carolina. Will we win? Not likely. But against OK, everybody and I mean everybody in the NCAA has a punchers chance.
