I think CCM will be back for year 4

For those that hope and expect CCM to be fired - I think you will be disappointed. I believe Hart will give him year 4. It's not like we've had losing records in year 1 and 2. This is a football school.

The team will probably make its usual February run and finish just short of the tournament again. Next year could be bad once McRae leaves. I'm not saying he should stay, just saying I doubt Hart pulls the trigger at the end of the year. The whole staff reminds me of Dooley 2.0

I don't see UT basketball advancing under this staff. If changes aren't made soon, then it shows, to me, that UT, as an entity, isn't interested in doing what needs to be done to return to prominence.

I kind of agree, unfortunately. Unless we REALLY suck it up the rest of the year. When is CCM's contract up?

I agree. Hart won't pull the trigger. I do agree giving him at least three years to do something. Its a shame all of this talent is wasted on a failed experiment. I applaud Martin for trying because when he took the job, we had a massive cloud hanging over our school but he's a good 5-10 years away from deserving this type of job.

He's gone. A miracle SEC tournament championship run is the only thing that could save him because this team will lose a lot more games.

Last year two losses to a sub 150 rpi Georgia kept us out of the tournament. We now have lost to a 145 rpi N.C. St. and a 196 rpi UTEP so I think our chances of going dancing are pretty much cut and dried.

Pains me to say it but he'll get year 4 to get his buy out to 1.3.

I heard a lot of booing tonight, and it didn't appear to be a big crowd at TBA. That's only going to get worse with his boring style of basketball.

If Cuonzo is not fired after this year then Hart and Cheek need to be shown the door too.

We just need to totally clean the house of all losers.

Shew!! Have not even played a game in the SEC, and I know we have to almost win out or win the tourney. This thang is git'n a stank on it.

If I remember right, Hart didn't give him much of a raise or extension after last year, and that team had injuries. If this team underachieves any little bit, I gotta think Hart pulls the trigger.
