None of our AD's have the slightest idea how to hire, fire, or evaluate a coach and they sure as hell can not negotiate a damn contract. Not only did Martin not deserve an extension he absolutely did not deserve a raise. Until we get an administration that understands what it takes to compete on an upper echelons we will be mired period. Cheeks is a loser, and I lived in Tallahassee and watched Hart up close and personal since we had mutual friends and he was relieved of his duties and trust me no one shed a tear. He is no Doug Dickey.

We have a 20,000 seat stadium. Basketball pays plenty of bills and any AD who puts hoops on the back burner should be fired as well.

Paying off a bad coach, no matter the buyout, is good business. You want to worry about losing money? Wait until you keep a horrible coach an extra year too long. How much did Tennessee lose out on by having Dooley for 2012?

Hart may suck but Dickey is the main reason our basketball program sucked for a long time.

Staff has already mentioned to their wives, that this year must be a great year in order to remain on staff.

Strong prediction is this coaching staff WILL be dismissed after the end of this season, unless they win and win big.

They just cannot recruit the talent at the SEC level.

Just being honest.

Drove 3 hours to watch this mess. Absolutely no emotion from Martin at all during the entire game. It's like he doesn't even care. Your team takes after the personality of your coach and that's obvious in this team. It's hard to watch them play.

The program is on life support now. If we miss the tourney and they bring him back, it'll be to finish us off.

Yup. Quite honestly, I don't get the hatred for Hart. This is all about Hamilton being a toadie for his spinelss weasel of a boss, Booger Cheek. They screwed Bruce over pretty big. People keep asking if UT would hire Bruce back, well, the only thing that would really hold them back is Jimmy Cheek.

As far as Hart goes I am indifferent towards him so far. That could change one direction or another depending on how Jones works out and, obviously, how he handles Martin if (when) he is let go.

It's kind of sad really because I feel so long as Cheek is still on the Hill, then our athletics will be in a huge dumpster. Doesn't matter who's coaching.

**** I already bought my tickets to UVA. I love going to TBA but I know I'm going to leave pissed and not being able to speak from yelling at this ****ty team and our ****ty coach
