After watching the video that is his intent and the #1 reason for coming to Knoxville. A little different from us mountain folk but I got positive vibes from his interview. Maybe an NIL deal with Waffle House is in the making.

Well, Memphis and west TN are flat, and also some of the basin is, so technically, he isn’t wrong .. bless it.. at least he was being honest.. being a middle Tenn gal myself, I about passed out my first trek up The Hill to a Statistics class lol

When I was his age, it took 40 minutes to walk to Waffle House and 40 minutes to walk back home.
And it was uphill both ways!

We have Huddle House here. Nothing to criticize. Their breakfast is prepared exactly the same as Waffle House. Even the cooking tools and the griddle, with a decade of scraping, not cleaning, are exactly the same. They do have french fries and they are excellent too.
