And the Red Sox-Yankees analogy just doesn't work.

SEC pride is great for bar arguments and not much else.

Same can be said if the Gators win the NC in bball and fball in the same year.

can't do it....just can't. no comapny line tonight. can't stomach meyer, leak, tebow etc...getting rings. and fl having national titles in bball and football at the same time.......uh, no, i'd just rather not think about it.

after a month or so of deliberation, weighing my loyalty to the SEC vs my hatred of Florida, nameably the Chris Leak Renig, Steve Spurrier, and the holier than thou attitude Urban Meyer seems to exude, i have decided to throw my voice at my television in support of the Ohio State Buckeyes. This was a close decision, but the deciding point was the fact that i said soon after the Fiesta Bowl last winter that OSU was going to win the NC, i know it wasnt a unique thought, but that is what went through my mind after they destroyed ND...if i had known then what i know now about ND, i might not have thought so, but thats my pick, Florida gets hit hard by the NUT, 35-13 Bucks

I scrolled back looking for this, but couldnt find it....but as a lifelong Sox fan, i would NEVER, NO WAY, NO HOW, root for the Bronx team, under any circumstance, even if my own son played for them
