Ok...what is the reason that you feel it is acceptable to kill animals and not humans? There are certainly enough grains, vegetables, and beans for you to healthily sustain yourself, without having to contribute to killing animals.

It is proven that animals can also feel pain and experience anxiety.

So, is your decision based upon the belief that humans have souls while animals do not?

I know it will not be popular, but I believe he acted on what he thought was credible evidence that Iraq posed a threat to the United States.

I think the failure of Iraq is our intelligence community.

Why is this statement brought up? I hear it so many times, Bush made a case for Sadaam being linked to terrorism, not to 9/11 directly!

My statement referred to that. There has to be a reason that you separate the values of human life and animal life though.

serious que, say someone breaks into your house during the middle of the nite. what are you going to do, sit down and talk with them? or are you going to grab your gun and fire as soon as they walk in your room? if you don't have a gun find the nearest thing that will protect you, you get my drift.

personally, i'll grab my short barrelled shotty and be sittin there, waiting

Are you against there being a police force that that carries weapons to save the public from harm if need be?

I agree with defending your home.In reference to BUSH, I wouldn't go charging into my neighbor's home just because I thought he had threatened me even when I wouldn't have proof.

Absolutely not.But in a police force I would hope that all the corrupt officers would be let go of so you don't have those officers that like to just go out and screw with the common man just because they feel like it.

I think it is unfair to label Bush as wanting to go to war with Iraq for the heck of it. I think he thought there was a ligititmate threat and he did what he thought was necessary to protect the country.

Again, I think the fault is with our intelligence community.
