I was supposed to interview Sarah Palin, but ....

Albert Einstein painted his front door red, so he wouldn't go into the wrong house. Genius does not always translate into common sense.

I was watching a show last night about the human brain. It has been theorized that great minds like DaVinci and Einstein would probably have been considered Autistic because they were lacking in many common skills by all accounts.

Einstein's teachers actually labeled him as "slow".

Who knows. His mind may have been too far advanced to comprehend the simple stuff.

His brain was programed to block out almost all other thought besides what he was focused on at that time. Unfortunately for most of us our brains have so much going on at all times most of the power in the human brain is not focused on the subject at hand.

Which is really my main point. Right now, we need really intelligent people running the show. My sense is that Palin would simply not be able to grasp the issues before her and would therefore really struggle to make things work. Obama, whether you like him or not, is going to understand what's going on. Its a start.

I'd like to know how you could possibly know any of this. Obama has thus far proven he can speak well in public and vote right down the party line. That's doesn't convince me he's some sort of genius.

Fox interviewed her first ... as she was making sandwiches for the kids.

Then CNN interviewed her. She was making a salad.

Somebody trying to soften their image, go for that Susie Homemaker image? Its so painfully obvious.

The ever reliable LG with his hard hitting analysis on the Rs and media coverage. The members of the politics forum are, as usual, so grateful for your input.

Any democrat in his right mind would love for Palin to win the Repub nomination in 2012.

Sarah Palin Leaker Outs Himself...and Turns Out to Be a Hoaxer! | NewsBusters.org

and here, in case you're ideologically opposed to clicking on a newsbusters link.

M. Thomas Eisenstadt - SourceWatch

Your newsbusters articles are misleading b/c the Sarah Palin leaker DID NOT out himself. The only hoax is that someone purporting to be the leaker was able to hoodwink several organizations into believing that he was the original source of the leaks. That is the only hoax here.

the other hoax is that none of the things said about Palin are true, but there are idiots out there who hate Palin for no good reason who'll latch on to anything that seeks to discredit her.

Palin misspeaks and she's an idiot. Biden is a gaffe machine that screws up every other day and people just chalk it up to Joe being Joe. What do you think would have happened if Palin had said publicly that people were watching TV in 1929 or that there were 57 states?

I'm no huge fan of Palin, but the way people dismiss her is sad.

People who cannot see the media bias in their portrayal that "conservatives are stupid" are as closed minded as they claim conservatives to be.

It's just painful period. Her act is already worn out.

Well, he's not, so deal with it.

Actually, it's going to be hilarious to watch. All the Obamasheep realizing he can't really walk on water.

I can hear it now. "You mean it's not true? He...he....he's not really the Messiah?" :cray:

I've never thought of him that way, that's what you all talk about, not me.

Yes, it's really sad that Obama isn't going back to doing what he does best, "community organizer".

Get used to it. You don't have to neither like it nor speak nicely of it. It is you right as an American, but you have to face it, Savage, Obama is the commander-in-chief of the United States of America. It is only sad for those who live in bubbles and base their lives on fear and hate. Deal with it.

It amazes me how so many people can claim to love America but have a clear hate for so many Americans.

thinking obama is a socialist and will be a bad president is not the same thing as hating the man.
