His last broadcast was Tennessee winning the National Title. You can't top that!Since the Battle at Bristol is now official, how great would it be for Tennessee fans to get John Ward to come out of retirement and call this game?
Now I don't know his health status or if he would even would be interested, but since this is being billed as the biggest college game in history, John Ward calling the game would be only fitting.
So tell Mr. Ward to dust off that old microphone and give it one more go!

Why get so upset if someone says they dislike John Ward or anyone else for that matter? Doesn't bother me that someone might dislike John Ward. To each his own. I love chocolate ice cream, some don't.
