For everyone talking about what a long, dark road UT has ahead of them, Arizona was a bigger mess when Miller took over than Tennessee is now. It's taken him all of two years to return to the Elite Eight.
It's a simple equation. Commitment by the administration + Hiring the right guy=Big success.

These have been my thoughts exactly. I think the administration should go for Brad Stevens due to his penchant for wanting to be close to home and the proximity to Indianapolis, not to mention his coaching ability. But whoever they decide to go for I hope they lock in on their top choice and don't take no for an answer. Settling for a third or fourth choice will set the program back for several years. For everyone talking about what a long, dark road UT has ahead of them, Arizona was a bigger mess when Miller took over than Tennessee is now. Dude.I agree with the equation, but if Scotty and Tobias are not here next year and Chris Jones doesn't come, then we are in worse shape.
When Miller took over, all of those sophs out there kicking ass tonight were committed to USC, he was the fourth head coach in four years, and the 'AA was investigating the Desert Classic. It's nowhere near that bad at UT right now.I agree with the equation, but if Scotty and Tobias are not here next year and Chris Jones doesn't come, then we are in worse shape.
