I don't know about implications, but as far as indicators go, his being a 20 year member of Wright's little home for Black Liberation Theology is a very good one. The fact that he calls Wright a mentor would be another enormous one.

How about a 20 year association with Jeremiah Wright. Perhaps you should read at least a few exerts from Obama's book, Dreams from My Father.

He denounced his affiliation with Jeremiah Wright. You want to pick and choose your argumentive points. Yeah, you are right. BO was a member at that church at one time; however you left out that he is no longer a member. See, unlike you I don't give a damn about color. Hell if a white man, green man, or blue man can get the economy turned around and save my 401 k and IRA then I am all for him. The other BS semantics does not matter. I attended a Pentecostal church and had some different views from what was being taught. The views and actions of my pastor does not reflect my views, because we are individual and should not be based on those idiotic things that you assume important such as skin color. Hell if you have a gay uncle, kshou I assume that you are gay ? No, because you are your own man!

Welfare I wish, My current profession won't allow me to qualify for it. Enough trailer park trash has taken most of it all. And for the record, I am not a NBA player, NFL player, MLB player, singer or rapper ! My Master's Degree is very useful in many fields. By the what type of return are you receiving on your current IRA? How much is it yielding ? Well I guess my first question is do you have one ?

if you listening to a pastor and you disgree on his message or his biblical interpretation, then why would you go there. it would seem to me that you would want to go to a church that you agreed with the teachings. that's what i'm saying.

Please read again, oh mighty simpleton. I don't agree with all of his views. Personally, I question all teachings ,because they are being distributed by man. This is why I read for myself and pray for understanding ! The key word is some.
