I think its still way to early in the season to pay to much attention to the stars. Smith was a hell of a pick up. If you watch his scout tapes you will see what I am talking about. He has great size, is a strong runner with good vision and better speed than a 4.5. He will definitely be a 4 star before this year is up. Dont pay attention to his offer list, just watch his tapes , they speak enough about him. If you guys can get on alot of guys early that are 3 stars that are getting overlooked you will be fine. Alot of Georgia's best players in the past were 3 stars. Pollack, Davis and Jennings all 3 stars.

This may be totally offbase but as an opposing fan I see Doley taking an approach of locking down the state of TN. Kiffin seemingly neglected in state talent for some reason which extremely stupid in the SEC. I don't see Dooley making that mistake. Also I believe Tennessee could be a much stronger closer this recruiting season IF they have a decent season and pull off a couple of upsets. With their facilities and fanbase, slipping into the bottom half of the top ten in recruiting rankings is not out of the question. JMO

One of the rare times I have agreed with a gator about SEC football. Our play this season will effect our recruiting ranking by +/- 5 points.
