If you were the #1 recruit in the nation..

Gcrop, you will see that place often in commercials. I believe it was a Bud Light spot recently that had a blind guy who had phenomenal hearing capacities.
It is a great setup they have there.

Gcrop,

I assume that is your dog. Great picture, and great name. You're not a Vol fan by any chance, are you?
Yes, it is my 3 year old chocolate lab. Everyone knows who I am a fan of when they hear the name. lol And thanks. :good!: I was playing with my new 50mm prime lens and was pleased with a few of those shots.

Reading comprehension. I said Liberalism was a type of deviant behavior. California is a cesspool and you know it!

Is reading comprehension a sentence? Thanks for the compliment, however. Any true Californian would be honored to be called a liberal. Even if labeling people has not been in vogue since shortly after slavery was abolished.

The term cesspool died several generations ago along with tomfoolery and shananigans. Let it die a peaceful death. However, if you are the real Dickens, your age naturally would be showing.

She is gorgeous. Does she take road trips with you?

Is reading comprehensiona sentence? And, upon furthur review (unless you edit), you clearly separated the two in your post.

I said liberalism and OTHER deviant behavior. Clearly indicating that liberalism was deviant behavior.

however, I was just kidding about everything I said. I love California.

I know, it's all in good nature. This board is always jumping. There is a great traffic flow on here. Thanks for the hospitality.

USC. Easily. The campus is really nice, the football team is amazing, the stadium is amazing, the girls are amazing, you are the biggest star in one of America's biggest cities, and even the academics are pretty good. For sending people to the NFL recently, there aren't many better. Not to mention the weather. UCLA is nice, but it cannot match USC in terms of college football and has about four million people in it. USC hands down.

seriously?

Athlete-wise. My main point was that there is no NFL team there. People like Matt Leinart get to hang out with all kinds of celebrities. He really lived the life there.

Okay. You get to be one of the most important people, in America's biggest sport, in its second biggest city. I would still think that's kind of a big deal and is much more appealing than being the toast of Gainesville.

I concur completely. ***LA's location seems to be quite desirable on the surface. However, living across the streets from the gates of Bel Air, and adjacent to Beverly Hills and Brentwood just shows the little Ruins on a daily basis where many SC grads have their homes. SC grads rule LA. There is quite the little fraternity of SC grads amongst the rich and shameless.

Seriously, who wants to go to school for 4 years and look at houses on a daily basis that you cannot afford?

Oh wait, that rules out my choice of UCSB, doesn't it? Maybe Gainesville is not so backwards after all.:eek:lol:

the LA lakers disagree.

When Leinart and Bush were at SC, they rivaled ANY celebrity in LA. Their popularity was beyond belief, so I have to agree with VKAman. In fact, some of the stories are legendary.

A friend of mine frequents the Sunset Strip pretty much every day that ends in Y. He tells a great tale of Leinart strolling in the Viper Room and the floor parting like they had just seen the second coming. Claims he was bigger than DiCaprio. And probably equaled Kobe, who is quite popular to say the least.

Reggie's celebrity was equally impressive, just did not garner as much pub. Perhaps because Leinart spent his senior year taking a ballroom dancing class and chasing any member of the female race who had a pulse. I have to hand it to him, he seemed to have his priorities in order.

Not to be too offensive, but fans of architecture do not exactly flock to the islands. Also, Santa Barbara is one of the great garden spots of the world. The flora and fauna takes a back seat to nowhere. That's why I made the claim. And this is all IMHO:dance2:.

See....was that so hard! :p

I'll actually take Monterey over Carmel. 17 mile is unreal and having played golf @ Cypress Point a couple of times, nothing beats hitting a golf shot in 50 degree weather in poring rain at one of the most famous golf holes in the world.

How often do you guys think players choose the school they grew up watching/supporting?

I know this is a hypothetical thread but seriously, if you as a player grew up a Vols fan, went to a lot of games growing up, and bought the merchandise, would you honestly consider going somewhere else if you were offered by Tennessee?

Probably not, but you bet your ass I'd take all five of my official visits. I'd even probably hang back and be like, "I'm not sure, it's a tough decision. Arizona State has such good facilities." Flat out lie. I'd play the hell out of those other schools.

California is a dump. full of liberals and other deviants.

Amen. All of those homos and free thinkers. Give me meth labs and narrow-minded-hate speak any day.

The internet and cell phones will never last either. It's a good thing too, since they are tools of the devil.

That reminds me of when I was in school, and this one time Ronnie Mac was walking to his calculus class from the library, and this one chick asked, "Hey, don't you play basketball or something?" and he was, like, "Yeah..."

In 270 posts, didn't anybody vote for Vandy?

Penn St.

I absolutely love Joe Paterno and have a tremendous amount of respect for him. Plus I would love the chance to play at Beaver Stadium! It's my 2nd favorite collegiate football stadium behind Neyland.
