‘23 IL WR Carnell Tate (Ohio State commit)

In the end we've seen this go both ways..I wouldn't be surprised when he commits we hear he was a silent or something for the last 2 months. We all acting like a bunch of fruit cakes for no reason.I also wouldn't be surprised to hear UT had him up until recently he changed his mind Yada Yada.No reason for everyone to personally attack each other all that madness.Anyone been outside today lol effing beautiful go get sun fellas...

We’ve felt “great” about so many recruits in the past then end up missing out on them. People feeling good about OSU’s chances mean nothing, we’ve learned that from experience
None of this means anything, and it was said here repeatedly weeks ago that he wanted drama. Or suspense, however one wants to it. His day.

Told my kids we’re not going to Carowinds today because dad has to stay home and monitor Twitter. They were so dejected. I told them it’s not every day a 5 star receiver commits to the good guys but surprisingly that didn’t make them any more understanding.

So, you’re guaranteeing the Tate commitment is today? 😜

I mean even if he doesn't commit today, I think you made the right call hear. Better to be monitoring Twitter than enjoying your family on the off chance that a high school kid decides that today is the day.

This is in no way a prediction from me I regards to Tate. It's more of an opinion about how this NIL thing is shaping up. We'll lose out on some high profile players because we didn't pony up enough money. Money will be the deciding factor for some. It won't be because we couldn't afford them, it will be because we didn't think they were worth what another team thought they were worth. It's similar to free agency in the NFL. Some teams value a player more than others (see the browns and Watson, cough, cough).

Not saying this is the case with tate but I believe that will happen with a lot of players.
