‘23 IL WR Carnell Tate (Ohio State commit)

So u think Hooker graduates this year,And Milton takes over without playing any this next season and Tate is going to run over and say"Yep I wanna play with that dude"😂..C'mon man I mean I hope Milton sees the field and really has a "Show the world"mentality but dudes had 3 years or more to"Show the world"and failed but never say never but no I'm not placing my money on the kid.I like Jackson but he's just as unproven.Thid is all in relation to getting Tate

Milton absolutely could. Down the stretch his throws looked much better. You seem to be in the camp that QBs cannot improve. Beating a TN fan we are used to zero development. But Heupel and Hawsley know QBs. I could easily see Milton taking over and being successful.

Man this offense speaks for itself but u gotta think Hooker is gone after this year so if Tate was to come here we're battling a Wr coaching change (which is relationships 101 in recruiting) and the unknown at Qb that's as of rite now.Listen no one is proven on the roster and them just the facts for now.I just personally think that it's prob to much to over come but u never know.
So Hooker leaves, Bryce leaves Bama and Bennett graduates from UGA. Seems like everyone will have an unproven QB. I like our chances. Iamabeleava!

Tate Visiting in April with Nico.
On this trip, Iamaleava is expected to be joined by five-star wide receiver Carnell Tate, who has long been one of Tennessee’s top targets in the 2023 class.
Tennessee will have numerous top targets on campus, including Tate, who been in communication and hung out some this past weekend with Iamaleava at the Pylon 7v7 event in Los Angeles.

5-star QB Nico Iamaleava set to visit Tennessee again

Interestingly given that April visit news, the below is from ND 247 analyst Tom Loy as he put in a CB to OSU:

I mentioned last week that I was close to doing this, but now I feel like it's the right time to change my pick.

I'm now on Ohio State for five-star receiver Carnell Tate. I absolutely believe Notre Dame and Tennessee are in this, but from everything I'm told, the Buckeyes hold the lead right now heading into this next round of visits. Ryan Day, Brian Hartline and Keenan Bailey have done a great job with Tate and his family.

For Notre Dame, it's essentially always been Tommy Rees against everyone. He now has Marcus Freeman, Chad Bowden and Chansi Stuckey in his corner, which is a big plus. They have a much better show with this crew than they did previously.

I believe adding a commitment from five-star quarterback Dante Moore would definitely help here as well. So we'll see how that plays out. I like Notre Dame to land him.

The Fighting Irish host the elite talent on Tuesday and should get him back for an official visit. He'll visit the others as well. It'll be a battle, but enough people connected to this recruitment, as well as sources in the coaching industry have me thinking Tate is leaning toward Ohio State so that is where I want my pick at this time.

We'll see if that changes.

Well, according to this guy, we might as well not host him and shut down this thread.... WTF?
