Yep. There is no reason to believe the fact that this guy may be a Trumper and the fact that Illinois is majority Democrat have any bearing on the fact that this occurred. The “connection to Trump” is absolutely stupid. This was a crazy ass whack job. As I correctly connected this shooter to Uvalde that is the only correlation that matters. Both young troubled mentally unstable males that made some really bad decisions. That’s it.
I wasn't being sarcastic. I was agreeing with you.Ok I’ll add you to the list of dipshit political hacks. Thanks for playing.
Well...another POS nutjob just shot up the 4th July parade up there in a Dimwit controlled sheithole state.
So far 6 dead and 24 more hospitalized....parade group of kids ...plus onlookers....killed from an elevated sniper style position.
NEVER TELL HIS NAME.
HANG HIM IN TOWN SQUARE WITH a bag over his head.
On your edit. Even if they find some manifesto saying this idiot “wanted to kill Libs” or some stupid crap like that or even if the tables were turned the other way as in the Congressional baseball game shooting this crazy MFer still owns his own actions. It’s absolutely stupid trying to extrapolate the actions of a singular troubled mentally ill person to a whole group of political opponents. Yet we see the two majority parties in this country continuing to fuel the divisive speech. BOTH do it and I’m beyond sick of it. And I’m sick of the stupid strawman arguments always offered in defense of their own actions against the other party when they can’t get what they want. Our government is in desperate need of an enema or ten.I wasn't being sarcastic. I was agreeing with you.
Edit: my comment included the first two partisan arguments that immediately came up in this thread and there is no reason to believe either of them is relevant to why or how this happened.
Guilt of association is such a ridiculous thing to bring to the conversation. Crazies exist along all political ideology.Oh your edit. Agree, except for the Ted Kennedy. He was elected multiple times after Chappaquiddick, this was the definition of privilege.Guilt of association is such a ridiculous thing to bring to the conversation. Crazies exist along all political ideology.
We don't hold Al Gore responsible for Ted Kazinski's murders. Normal muslims are not culpable for what the violent radicals do. Democrats aren't at fault just because Ted Kennedy killed a woman.
My sub 3 YO grand children were over yesterday. They all 3 were observing and sorting... hot wheel cars from trucks, big balls from little balls, blue things from green things... we didn't teach them to observe and sort, they just did, so yes if I see someone with a face tattoo or pink hair, I mentally put them in a category. So you want to discriminate against citizens based on face tats and pink hair?
Several of these shooters have shown they are mentally unhinged with way too many warning signs to ignore. We clearly have a mental health problem in this country that isn’t being dealt with. It’s time to bring back the asylums.
It’s just puzzling that the DOJ can find a disgruntled parent who hates their local school board on social media in about 8 minutes, but yet they’re always just a step slow in these situations. Even when people repeatedly drop a dime on the shooter (Parkland). This percentage of failure almost takes effort.
Dude. You're conflating 2 things, at least. The point of my post is the action of 1 doesn't incriminate the larger group. It does if they kept voting and allowed him to hold office and his party for not having him step down. Even took a run at being President after it. He got off and lived a life of privilege.
Totally agree with denying these sickos their 15 minutes of fame. However if we tried to not release the names the left would dox them as blond haired, blue eyed, straight white males with maga tattoos. And we know how gullible their minions are, ie ELI completely agree; the crazy killers who crave their 15 minutes, even posthumously, MUST be denied their notoriety. Instead of looking at politicians to further restrict 2A, we should be united in ardent pursuit of restricting 1A (freedom of press). Prohibit the identification of anyone using weapons to kill a group of people indiscriminately. If we took that approach, these horrific events would begin to fade into obscurity except for the random incident.
