I'm done with Josh Dobbs and this team

I liken D4H's revelation to that of a child learning that his/her parents is actually the ones exchanging money for a tooth.

The American Pig was kinda the opposite of D4H.
American Pig always insisted Dobbs had major accuracy problems and came down hard on the Peterman haters. The majority of Volnation was enamored with Dobbs, while many seemed to despise Peterman. The Pig was crucified for harshly attacking those who hated Peterman and loved Dobbs. D4H is being crucified for hyping Dobbs, but now realizing Dobbs has accuracy problems.

No, there is way more behind this.

Ok I give up Its all bad play calling and bad play calling and bad o line play and more bad play calling!
Can't wait to see him in the NFL, I sure the scouts see what you see , they get paid for it,
A very mobile, highly intelligent QB that's a great passer. Gotta be a first round pick. The next Cam

You said Dobbs is inaccurate with anything over 5 yards and thats just wrong. Get butthurt if you want but its true. Now if you would have said 15 yards, you have a point. Dobbs is not that good of a passer. But can you honestly tell me he has enjoyed a real good OL? A unit that he can trust game to game to be able to hold blocks and not get abused by vastly inferior DL? I know the answer, what say you?

You seem to think that its all Dobbs fault. Do you know how many posts on this site have said things like "it wouldnt matter if we had Peyton Manning behind this OL?" Do you know why things like that are said? Because without a good OL, a QB has little to no chance for success.

You must think I think Dobbs will be a star in the NFL. Dude that strawman is lame. Dobbs will not sniff the NFL. I could be wrong but IMO he doesn't possess the skillset for the NFL. So what? What does that have to do with anything?

Embrassing.

Putrid.

Disgusting.

I can't believe I trusted these guys to improve. I can't believe I thought Butch Jones was anything but a liability. I can't believe I thought Dobbs could pass the ball.

I'd like to apologize to everyone for everything I said over the summer. This team sucks and this QB is terrible.

Hopefully Florida blasts them next week and Butch Jones is fired on the spot.

Bye Felicia

Sorry. But Dobbs isn't an accurate passer and the longer the throw.... his accuracy drops off exponentially. Not sure if you've seen the televised game yet but they had a graph at one point illustrating that over the last 2 years he ranks in the 50's out of 73 eligible QB's in big plays. He's not the only guy who has to throw under pressure.

I DO think he's shown some signs of improvement. That first TD pass was as good as he's ever placed the ball. He hit several hitches which I had complained about him not doing last week.... and showed very good accuracy, timing, and velocity. But missing a wide open Malone with a chance to blow the game open.... is the kind of stuff we're talking about. The later miss of Malone when he had his man beaten deep was a more difficult throw but one a top tier SEC QB should make.

You seem to think that its all Dobbs fault.
No. You are just trying to use this kind of diversion to avoid honest and accurate criticism of what IS Dobbs' fault.

The OL played better and particularly up the middle. But some of this is hyperbole. Manning would have recognized pressure and hit his hot route which in turn would have prevented the D from using certain pressure packages. He also didn't often miss wide open WR's or misread where to throw the ball.

Oh, in spite of not having great speed or quickness, few managed a pocket any better than Manning.

Part of that for Dobbs is the scheme but he has to learn to step up in the pocket and help the OT's out.

The guy said anything over 5 yards and thats BS. Like I said, over 15 yards yes Dobbs accuracy goes down. I have repeatedly said Dobbs is not that good of a passer.

Get real with your pretend coach speak. We have very rarely had an OL that can be trusted to hold blocks and pass block effectively. Thats fact. Its been said and repeated by just about everyone. Announcers, sports writers and just about everyone on this site. At some point you have to look at whats in front of you. We have a average to below average passing QB that has never enjoyed a truly good OL. Argue and pull whatever kind of BS you want but thats fact. Has the OL performed well at times? Yes. Has Dobbs made great throws at times more than 15 yards? Yes. But neither of those things have happened with any consistency.

Peyton Manning never had to experience the kind of OL woes Dobbs has. He also hadmuch better playcalling and better athletes surrounding him. Dobbs does not possess anywhere near the talent Peyton did. What you said about Peyton is just what I said about him, pure speculation to make a point.

The point is, our OL under Butch has consistently been beaten by inferior DL and just normal DL in general. Even Hurds rushing numbers reflect it. Now does that mean with a very good OL Dobbs would be a much better passer? Honestly, I dont know. Probably not. But that cannot be said with any kind of certainty.

He's entertaining. And he participates in the forum.

I am here every day..i don't post every day because I feel I don't have too..but I read every day...but when someone says the things this one said...I take it very seriously....and I don't care to tell anyone that
