I'm immune now to losses. 10 years ago, it would ruin my weekend. Now I just go about the rest of my life. Haha

No, Agree with all except this: Butch will help us back to respectability, unless he has a stroke watching how sorry we play at times. If he was hired when DD was- we would be a decent team by now.

SDV I wish I could become immune to letting losing mess up my weekends. I'm not one of those that run around yelling at everyone around me or sulking but I replay it in my head over and over and get depressed. By Monday though I am over it and convinced that we will win out the rest of the season. I could never stop supporting Vols football though of this I am certain.

I just wish all the people who did "im done" posts would mean it and really not come back.....instead of slinking back like spineless fair weather fans they are under new ID's. If we only had half the attendance and it was all VFL's I'd be fine with that....this whiney, entitled, tantrum BS is just not East Tennessee....toughen the hell up, or just leave......

During the 80's I used to feel sorry for Alabama, their fans were such whiney a**holes they chased off decent talaent, even Stallings who got them a title, and really Bill Curry who was the one who deserves most of the credit for that Title.....many athletes too wanted nothing to do with it. It amazed me how they could be so blind to the vicious cycle they perpetrated on themselves, and why it took so long for them to snap out of it.....

Low and behold the sickness is here....let's show a little grit stick by a coach who really does seem to understand how to build a program back, and is doing great recruiting. Take our lumps on a season no one should be surprised at......and not act like a bunch of sorry **ed Bit**es. Just sayin....

You are aware that we played the probable national champions last week and played maybe the best defense in the nation today? Given the circumstances id say we are making some progress, it doesn't matter though if you can't stick with our guys you aren't a true fan anyway.

I was at the game today and had to deal with several miserable Florida fans assaulting me in varying degrees.

Even still, I'm not really upset. Sure it was sloppy as hell, we don't have a QB, and turnovers killed us. But for all the mistakes I saw our boys put up a fight in the swamp. A fight into the 4th quarter.

I still believe in the end that Driskel getting hurt was our undoing.
