I'm fine with no SEC team in the CFP this year

They’ll put GA in, I’m afraid. I really don’t want either in. They’ll run train through the playoff. Perhaps, lil Washington can make it happen.

UGA’s most impressive win is Missouri. They were good, but with Bama having a win over them and Texas beating Bama I see no way they put UGA in unless Iowa upsets Michigan and FSU loses.

FSU losing is more likely but there is no way that Iowa offense keeps up with Michigan.

I don't pull for the "SEC". Alabama will get in because of their history. That doesn't matter for any other team but Alabama is different and gets that favor. I hope they lose the championship but nobody is up to the task of beating them, nor Georgia if they had won tonight. Other than Georgia and Alabama the rest of the SEC sucks this year it's just a down year for the conference overall.

Given the shady officiating favoring UGA and AL all year. I think it's just as well to see AL left out if both MI and FSU win tonight.

I know the whole MI scandal is just as shady. But the playoff committee isn't going to touch that.

Absolutely agree

Absolutely. Screw the SEC. Bama deserves nothing. Screw them and UGA. I hope no SEC team gets in.
I'm just curious, if we were in GA's shoes (1 loss in the SEC championship game after being #1 most of the year) would you still think we shouldn't get in?

Or, if we were in Bama's shoes (beat the #1 team in the SEC championship after a loss to TX) would you still want us out?

I agree.

If FSU and Michigan win tonight, it should be

1. Michigan
2. Washington
3. FSU
4. Texas

5. Everybody else.

So you think there are 4 better teams than Georgia and Alabama? Wow

Yes, 3 teams are unbeaten something both Alabama and Georgia are not. It didn't help that the SEC **** the bed week 1 and 2 with FSU running LSU off the field, Texas stomping Alabama in Tuscaloosa, and Miami running Texas A&M off the field. SEC didn't prove it on the field.

worth it to see the Bammers whine about it

Agree. You just can't ignore what Texas did to Alabama in Tuscaloosa even if they are supposedly a different team. It also didn't help that most of their other SEC West opponents also sh1t the bed in their major OOC games as well. Maybe if they scheduled more than 1 Power 5 team so you can go get a solid win instead of Sam Houston States of the world, maybe the OOC losses could be ignored.
