I'm going to be disappointed if Blount doesn't miss at least half of the season

Thats just unacceptable when you suckerpunch another player, try to fight the crowd, fight with your own teammates, and have cops escort you out.

Dude should probably be kicked off the team since he has a history of behavior problems anyways.

that guy is a moron... they said something about him growing up and maturing this season.. yeah right

Emotions run high. This kid was out of line, he'll suffer a heavy penalty for a split second brain fart.

Blount sealed his fate and he let some kid who probably didn't even play get under his skin.

He should get a few games for going at the fans but the bs player provoked the hit. Goes to show you don't take your helmet off till your off the field. The thing I hate is ill get tired of seeing this and hearing it.

Blount brought it on himself by guaranteeing an ass whooping, followed up by -5 yards on 8 carries, followed up by his own trash talk throughout the game.

If the guy can't even ask who really got the asswhooping, than something isn't even right there.

Blount is off the team. No doubt in my mind. He punched an opposing player. He struggled with cops/security. He even fought his own coaches. No way they keep him on the team. Unless the Boise State player(white) called him the N word.... he is off the team. I am white but I am just saying... for him to freak out like that, it better have been the N word. If not then yeah, he is off the team.

What I do find funny though... the Boise State fan taunted him and when Blount went at him, he flinched and backed away. Then the coaches and security pulled him away and the guy started taunting him again. What a wuss.

You just talked trash, so its cool if I sucker punch you?

NOT AT ALL the same. Talking trash in game or before a game is one thing. But after the game you give compliments or don't say anything. Anyone coming up to an opposing player after the game and saying "good game *****" deserves what he had coming. The RB overacted, no doubt, but to pretend the dude was innocent is laughable.

"So what am I suppose to do? Shaq said he does this all the time"

Who am I?

It's no wonder you're defending this dude.

I didn't know you wrote the rules on trash talking. What's the difference in before the game and during the game vs after the game? If a player had talked trash all year, and then gets totally punked during the game, I'm TALKING TRASH afterwords. Blount is a thug, plain and simple.

Maybe the NCAA should write up when a sucker punch is acceptable or when it's not acceptable. Maybe you could be involved in legislation concerning if spoken words are equal to physical violence.

Ha ha. That's laughable. I played at a higher level than you. I can assure you of that.

sure sure, well maybe you were just too dumb to recognize that people shook hands and prayed together after games? Ever wonder why LeBron got so much crap after he walked off the court after last years playoffs? It's a game, and emotions run high. You don't go get in your opponents face after a crushing defeat and call them a *****.

Haha cute. Not as much defending as saying the dude got what he deserved.

It's official. You're a caveman. "Dude talked crap, me punch". Hout will most likely be playing in a BCS bowl at the end of the year and Blount will be.... working a 9-5 15,000 dollar job and smoking a blunt after. I am pretty sure he is going to be kicked off the team and no NFL team is going to take him. Running back is the easiest position to fill. You hold a ball and run. So again, he threw away a free degree and any shot he had at going to the NFL.

It's weird that you respond like it was worth it. Put yourself in his shoes... you'd throw that away just to punch someone, really?

I keep getting confused concerning what was said. Were you on the field and what exactly was said that deserved the sucker punch?

Which dude? The one who is going to be kicked off the team for the season?

Both, I guess. It was the heat of the moment and I guess both actions can be attributed to that, but neither was right. To say it was a sucker punch is a total joke.

First off, how do you know what was said by the Boise ST player? Secondly, I never saw Lebron praying after a game. Give it up dude.
