Red shirt Hurd????? Our current stable of running backs is slightly better than mediocre. So, if Hurd has the ability to run over people and break through a hole, that is quickly closing, we need to play him as soon as possible. We aren't so impressive at Rb that we have the luxury of saving a Rb for a year!

I don't think any of our WR recruits, including Malone, will have an immediate impact. WRs typically take a year to learn route running and timing.

Pearson will very much have an immediate impact.

North made a pretty big impact this year. Without him we don't beat USCe. WRs the caliber of Malone and North can and will make an impact as freshmen.
