Maybe the Auburn DC would be available? He kept them in the game with both UGA and Bama, could have beaten them both. His spy on the Bama QB late tonight almost got it done.

It depends on who's online at the time, but there are plenty of people on here who will flame folks for even suggesting that staff changes need to be made after this year.
"All y'all wanna do is fire everybody, don't know what you've got, 11 wins last year, etc."
I'd argue that it's because some of us see what we have and can have here if we make the appropriate changes.

Why do you always attack those you disagree with you. You never make a compelling argument. Why I am I wrong? A 9 year old could make your arguments. Maybe you are tired because your Meth is wearing off. I want Tennessee to improve. What do you want?

I don't know about you but I am tired of bowls that don't matter. Let's say attacking me gets us a good bowl game
I hope we get a New Years day bowl, does laughing at people get that. Will Michigan get a playoff game because you find them funny?

Still no reasonable arrangement that Tennessee can't improve next year. I have reviewed all your posts and can't find one that's not negative about us next year.
I bet you win most of your arguments at home with insults

That's a great strategy to win arguments, ignoring people who ask questions that you don't like always makes improvements. This thread addresses weaknesses on defense. I believe questioning our Defenseive coordinator is within the posts parameters.
A great D coordinator this year would have meant alot more wins

I think the only way Banks leaves this year is a head coaching job. Heupel want fire him or any other assistants

Geoff Collins didn’t coach anywhere this year. That would be a good place to start.

We didn't score a TD in the 2nd half against Bama, Mizzou, UGa. Actually, yesterday was the first 2nd half score in 2 weeks. Offense has to accept some of the blame

Secondary is the weakest link. Heupel's offense does hang them out to dry too much.. I hope that changes next year. Going 3 and out over and over again puts stress on any defense.

Banks isn't a bad DC, but he's not a great DC either. A "not bad" DC does not win championships. I'd like to pick up maybe Zach Arnett, who I think really did well as a DC at Mississippi State with not really a lot of talent. Certainly need a new DB coach, but I think the writing was on the wall with that one after they didn't extend him before the season.
