I’m actually just pointing out that the Refs missing a bunch of calls. As I keep seeing the Hold on Ryan Williams posted everywhere.

I’m in the camp that holding could probably be called on just about every play. But that bottom pic is atrocious. Literally a tackle from behind, and it likely saved a safety. That’s when I get upset.

Ryan Williams is the 17yr old WR. Gibson held him at least twice, one got called the other didn't. Overall McCoy and Gibson covered him well last night. Loved the physical play on him all night.

That was a very weak flag. It’s just a given that in every game each team is going to have bad calls or no calls against them. It’s just something you have to overcome. Last night the Vols did that.

Refs do honestly make mistakes, and usually those even out between the teams. I think it's fine to call out patterns that have consistently worked against us. The past two years we have had a rash of marginal holding calls against our receivers with very minimal holding calls for more egregious holds by the opposing offensive line. Not sure that story is going away anytime soon.

They definitely missed some calls and got some others wrong IMO. Was definitely glad Cambell only had one holding call. Maybe because we ran more designed rollouts (vs Nico scrambling to the outside) it was easier on the tackles to stay engaged without holding.

I watched it over IMO he timed it perfectly but if you're just watching the line as a whole and not watching his foot move exactly when center started the snap, he looks offsides because the rest of our D line had a delayed movement, that usually gets called offsides because the refs are human and have to go on perception, and it looked out of kilter. It was like he knew the snap count and was sitting on go or he has great instincts and timing and a good eye for the ball and great fast twitch first step, on 2nd thought he has all that, actually sounds like his recruiting profile.
