I heard there is an up and coming coach by the name of Robert Montgomery Knight that might be interested.

Most people believe its unlikely, unless he brings on his son with him to groom as his successor again at Indiana.

What more do you want than what you have now Bruce... brand new practice facility, renovated stadium, and the #2 (hopefully soon to be #1) team in the nation.

Its now almost evident to me we're going to lose him,Im a glass half full type of guy.

But there is no other candidate out there that would consider Indiana,or is doing enough to get the attention of Indiana.

I don't think he is going anywhere but, Indiana is one of the top 3 to 4 programs in basketball imo.

If Rick Greenspan, the AD who hired a known cheater and then acted shocked when he cheated, doesn't meet the same fate, IU is making a huge mistake.

i'd be devestated if he left. we'd be back to crap basketball, w/ another buzz peterson wanna be. i'll watch the games in misery, the crowds will disappear. only thing i'll have is UT fball, and we all knw how that's going for us.

Would IU be under any severe penalties from the 'AA? I wonder because that could influence a coach's decision.

Did you even remotely think that out before you wrote it?

it's just another example of the basketball IQ of so many on this board (and the entire fanbase) that make it essentially impossible for me to ever develop an interest in UT men's basketball.
