Injury update:
• Out: WR Devrin Young, TE Alex Ellis, DT Trevarris Saulsberry, TE Justin Meredith, TE Joseph Ayres, CB Riyahd Jones, WR Ryan Jenkins, LB Raiques Crump, WR Ryan Jenkins, K George Bullock, WR Johnathon Johnson
• Limited: TE A.J. Branisel, WR Pig Howard, LB Brent Brewer, LB Dontavis Sapp, S Max Arnold, CB Michael F. Williams, S Brian Randolph
On his Wednesday night radio show, coach Butch Jones confirmed that Howard and defensive end Corey Vereen (who missed the first three weeks) will both play at Florida. Linebacker Curt Maggitt will not play and Crowder is questionable.
Other notes/observations:
• Howard continues to get limited work in practice. He’s going through walk-through drills, but goes over to the stationary bike for most of practice.

On Vol Calls, Jones gave an update of the Vols’ injury situation:

· Sophomore wide receiver Pig Howard has practiced and will play.
· Freshman defensive lineman Corey Vereen is expected to make his college debut after being out since early in training camp.
· Sophomore offensive lineman Mack Crowder will be a gametime decision.
· Junior linebacker Curt Maggitt will not play.
· Sophomore defensive lineman Trevarris Saulsberry will be out 3-6 weeks.
· Junior wide receiver Devrin Young is about three weeks away.

Good grief it's frustrating that Maggitt is still out. We need all the depth and speed at backer that we can get. Good to see Vereen back though. Could really help us on the edge.

I heard earlier that Jonathan Johnson was going to be available, has something change or does anyone know for sure. GO VOLS!!
